This one went under contract in just a couple of days.
After years of asking our MLS service to add more modern searchables, they have finally added a mid-century modern architecture tag. That helps a lot but I still go through and search areas one by one. After working with MCM homes for several years, I have narrowed down which areas have them for the most part. This home in Pasco, however, still shows that there are several out there as one offs. The former Mayor of St. Petersburgs home is quite interesting if you want to see the high end of prices.
